Job Description:Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, ensuring superior service is provided to all guests and product quality standards are met. Most importantly you have to have a passion and desire for this industry.

Qualifications:Marriott experience is a must. 2 years as a General Manager. 4 year degree preferred. A seasoned candidate who really enjoys the hotel industry.
