Job Description: |
Horn Memorial Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital in Ida Grove, Iowa is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer. This individual is responsible for maintaining an effective financial and accounting system encompassing billing, receivables, credit and collection, payables, payroll, computer and information systems and financial reporting. This individual will also be responsible for budgeting and analysis of the financial operations of the organization.
The CFO has supervisory responsibilities for a number of departments including Business Office, Health Information, Materials Management and Pharmacy. The CFO reports directly to the CEO, is a member of the executive management team, and interacts substantially with the Board of Directors.
